The symposium was part of a participatory approach aimed at promoting cultural decentralization and coordination between the central administration and regional delegations, in order to ensure the implementation of national programs and their adaptation to the specificities of each region. It also represented an opportunity to identify the problems on the ground and propose practical solutions, especially with regard to infrastructure, human resources, and financing of cultural projects and activities.
