On Tuesday, January 13, 2026, the management of Het Cultuurfonds paid a working visit to Minister Dirk Currie of Education, Science and Culture. During the consultation, the meeting with the minister was central, as well as the further strengthening and expansion of cultural cooperation between Suriname and the Netherlands, with special attention to young people, heritage and education.
