Malaysia continues to strengthen its leadership in the ASEAN cultural landscape as the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC) hosts the 21st Senior Officials’ Meeting on Culture and Arts (SOMCA) and related meetings from 17th to 22nd November 2025 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
