Brigid Phelan has joined the Secretariat as the Administrator, covering for Amy Griffiths while she is on parental leave. Brigid is a visual artist balancing her practice with a career in arts administration, which has previously included running a community arts centre and managing film festival screenings for Film Australia (now Screen Australia).
