As agreed at the 13th Africa Chapter Meeting in Victoria, Mahé Island, Seychelles, the Africa Chapter including National Members from Eswatini, Malawi, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe adpoted the Seychelles Declaration for the advancement of arts and culture in Pan Africa – for Africa and by Africa.
