Canada and Korea: Opening doors for creative exchange

When Canada and the Republic of Korea marked 60 years of diplomatic relations in 2023, the celebration highlighted a relationship that had been steadily deepening across trade, travel and culture. In 2024–25, that relationship took a vibrant step forward with the Canada–Korea Year of Cultural Exchanges, a bilateral initiative promoting creative ties and artistic exchange.
