IFACCA members from the Americas will meet this Friday 11 April in San Jos, Costa Rica, for the 2nd IFACCA Americas Regional Group meeting. The meeting will be held in association with the VI Iberoamerican Congress on Culture organised by the Ministry of Culture and Youth, Costa Rica.
