Dr. Mostafa Madbouly stressed that the culture sector will remain one of the main arms of Egypt's soft power, and therefore the government is keen to continue working to invest Egypt's promising potential in this sector, through many visions, foremost of which is focusing on the return of the pivotal role of cultural palaces as an important tributary to highlight and nurture talents.
