The International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies (IFACCA), in collaboration with its Affiliate Member, the Nordic Culture Fund (through their global initiative, Globus), has launched the second round of a fellowship for representatives of its National Members in developing countries(based on the UN country classification) across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the Pacific.
“Building on the success of our inaugural cohort of Fellows, IFACCA in partnership with the Nordic Culture Fund, is thrilled to launch the next edition of IFACCA–Globus Fellowship for 2026” said Ms Magdalena Moreno Mujica, Executive Director of IFACCA. “Public agencies advancing arts and culture continue to navigate increasingly complex environments. Through this second edition, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting and strengthening professional and institutional leadership and capacity, fostering meaningful international peer exchange through this bespoke programme. This partnership with the Nordic Culture Fund is not only immensely strategic; it truly reflects our shared purpose to support and build capacity across the world”.

The second cohort of Fellows brings together mid-career and senior representatives from 14 National Member institutions.

About the Fellowship
The IFACCA-Globus Fellowship is a hybrid learning and exchange programme that will address current issues in cultural policy and the effective use of evidence and data to advocate for public support of the cultural and creative sectors (CCSs) at the national level. Additionally, the programme aims to foster networking among participating institutions, facilitating both regional and international peer connections. Participants will also benefit from knowledge and experience sharing with culture experts and civil society.
