The public-private partnership complements the Protocol between the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Romanian Cultural Institute and, in the case of the Architecture Biennale, the Romanian Architects' Union, regarding Romania's participation in the International Exhibition of Art / Architecture – La Biennale di Venezia and has the role of strengthening Romania's presence in Venice, increasing the financial predictability of the participating projects and maximizing the cultural impact.
