Ten years after the Paris Agreement, COP30 (November 10–21) will open in Belém, in the heart of the Amazon, at a time when the +1.5°C threshold has now been surpassed. This decisive edition will mark the entry of culture into the official COP agenda, confirming its role as a driver of transformation. This milestone builds on the momentum initiated at COP28 with the Group of Friends for Culture-Based Climate Action and the Barcelona Declaration adopted at Mondiacult 2025.
10 Years of Commitment to the COPs! Welcome to our Special COP30 Edition!
