The objectives of the workshop are three-fold: providing public officers a thorough understanding of the capabilities and implications of AI applications within the public sector; assisting them in shaping policies and strategies to use AI in public service delivery; and fostering a culture of innovation and forward thinking within the public service where officers are encouraged to leverage AI to address complex problems and meet evolving citizens need effectively.
