The present report was prepared by an Independent Expert Group convened by UNESCO to gather views and ideas on culture for peace. In recognition of the central role of knowledge and ideas in transformation, this initiative reflects UNESCO’s role as a laboratory of ideas. By generating novel insights, the document aims to contribute – among other sources – to the discussions at MONDIACULT 2025.
