MONDIACULT 2025: Faced with global divisions, UNESCO calls for culture to be made a priority

At a time of heightened geopolitical tensions and multiple crises, more than 160 countries gathered in Barcelona for MONDIACULT, UNESCO's largest World Conference on Cultural Policies, organized in partnership with Spain. This edition confirms a strong ambition: to place culture at the heart of development and crisis response policies, while ensuring sustainable funding for it.
