There is a new creative programme emerging in Kigali which is inspiring young filmmakers aspiring to achieve their dreams in the cinema space. Facilitate by Tarama Rwanda, the programme dubbed “Creative Hangouts” provides capacity-building designed to empower creatives and innovators across Rwanda and beyond.
