We, the Heads of State and Government and High Representatives, have gathered in Sevilla, Spain from 30 June to 3 July 2025 to renew the global financing for development framework, building on the 2015 Addis Ababa Action Agenda. We also uphold and will advance all commitments in the 2002 Monterrey Consensus, the 2008 Doha Declaration, as well as the relevant commitments in the Pact for the Future.
