The European Union is set to inaugurate the Cultiv’arte project at the Franco-Mozambican Cultural Center located in Maputo City. This initiative, executed by Expertise France in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, is poised to fortify the cultural framework in Mozambique over the next four years.
