This month, the Secretariat welcomes to the team Ms Sarah Bond as its Project Manager for the 9th World Summit on Arts and Culture. Sarah is an established cultural leader who has delivered multi-disciplinary projects and has extensive experience working internationally. In 2018, Sarah launched Ho Ho Projects, a consulting agency that specialises in project management, with a focus on arts, research, mentoring, curating, international logistics, policy development and financial management.
