The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Mrs. Vlora Dumoshi was part of the first virtual youth summit from Kosovo, Albania, Croatia, Montenegro and Presheva, which was organized by LDA Balkan in cooperation with the Balkan Network for Citizenship Education, which brought together the Balkan states in one formation and that was held last night.
