UNESCO's Doha office organised an international campaign to spread awareness of the richness of Yemeni heritage under the title “Yemeni Heritage Week” – Museums United for Yemen, which fled from April 24th to April 30th, 2016. The campaign saw 10 museums organise temporary exhibitions around the world to shed light on their Yemeni co-inhabitants, allowing visitors to explore this rich history.
