The Ministry of Culture organized a symposium on the revitalization of the cultural sector at local level. At the end of this symposium that brought together: cultural operators, municipal officials, Directors General of decentralized agencies of the Ministry and cultural attaches of some foreign embassies in Haiti, Ms. Dithny Joan Raton, the Minister of Culture, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Ariel Henry, the Minister of Interior and Territorial Communities, for the constitution of a Cultural Development Agent Network in the Municipalities.
