Arts Audiences publishes customer service manual
The manual is based on the work and outcomes of a pilot project carried out in 2009/2010 with Project Arts Centre and Temple Bar Cultural Trust. The organisations, with external support, have created a possible framework within which arts organisations can look at customer service, assess it and set in motion some actions for improvement. The manual is of most relevance to venues and buildings, but is an interesting read for everyone.
