Arts Council Stakeholder Focus Research

The Arts Council's ongoing Stakeholder Focus research has been running since 2009. The findings from the 2009/10 research highlight areas where we are performing well: 87 per cent of respondents stated that they have a good working relationship with us and many see the Arts Council as a useful and supportive partner with high calibre and committed staff; as well as areas for us to improve: we need to work more responsively, flexibly and collaboratively, and be more straightforward and transparent. more >
