Declaration of intent for the creation of a cooperation framework among euroamerican cultural networks
On the occasion of the 6th Euro-American Campus on Cultural Co-operation, which was held in Buenos Aires in March, eight networks signed the 'Declaration of Intent for the Creation of a Cooperation Framework among Euroamerican Cultural Networks'. The document identifies four basic principles in order to foster collaboration, namely: cooperation, innovation, research and training. The text of the agreement has now been made available in several languages on the Internet, and its authors invite other networks to join the initiative.
