Service charter
The Australia Council's Service Charter is available online.
We will review our compliance with this Charter and identify areas for improvement annually. This will include analysis of feedback and complaints received, as well as a process for input by clients, staff and stakeholders. The result of the client service monitoring process will be publicly available in the Council’s Annual Report.
