Hands-on Regional Strategies for Creative Industries in Bergen, Tartu and Turku

The publication Hands-on Regional Strategies for Creative Industries in Bergen, Tartu and Turku is the result of a year-long project of three Baltic-Nordic municipalities – Bergen in Norway, Tartu in Estonia and Turku in Finland. The aim of the project was to develop creative industries strategies or action plans on the local government level with the help of three international experts – Colin Mercer (United Kingdom), Robert Marijnissen (the Netherlands) and Henrik Sparre-Ulrich (Denmark).

The project was financed by the Nordic Innovation Centre and the three participating municipalities. The Estonian Ministry of Culture supported Tartu's participation in project by financing one of the mappings.
