Cultural Actors of Change in Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova
The European Cultural Foundation (ECF) has we launched its Eastern Reflection Group, a series of reflection and advocacy 'processes' with cultural experts and operators, policy makers and artists of Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova.
After the Group had a series of meetings over summer 2007, the ECF has published a report for each region. The reports give a balanced view on the intertwined political and cultural issues at stake in the countries, as well as making some recommendations with regards to avenues for change, each contextualised and based on the results of questionnaires, interviews and regional meetings that were organised over the summer.
