Review of the Strategic Plan 2001-2006

Between 2001 and 2006, the Arts Council of Northern Ireland (ACNI) operated within the guidance of a Strategic Plan entitled The Arts: Inspiring the Imagination, Building the Future. As the period covered by that plan drew to an end, the Arts Council commissioned a review of its achievements to date, both to report to stakeholders and to inform the next phase of the Council’s development. Deloitte MCS Ltd conducted the review between September 2005 and April 2006, and a detailed report is now available to the public. It includes much detailed analysis of the Arts Council’s work.
