Scottish Executive Response on the Cultural Review

This paper is a response to the cultural review, which constitutes the report of the Cultural Commission and the subsequent dialogue which it provoked. It sets out Scottish Ministers’ vision for the strategic direction of future cultural policy, and identifies key initiatives, legislation, investment and infrastructure changes needed to implement those decisions.
