Comparisons of Arts Funding in Selected Countries
This report, from the Canada Council of the Arts, is intended to provide some indication of where Canada might stand now compared with other countries in relation to arts funding, in particular at the national level. It has been prepared to support the case that additional arts funding is needed in Canada in order for Canadian arts organisations and artists to thrive and to function on the same level as their peers in other countries.
