The Wallace Foundation (a US organisation that supports effective ideas and practices that will strengthen education leadership, arts participation and out-of-school learning), has released How Are We Doing? - an self-exmaining article that 'chronicles the steps (and mis-steps)' in its efforts to find a way to gauge its organisational effectiveness. In the article, Wallace Foundation President M.
