Where There's A Will: Estate Planning for Artists
A new resource commissioned by the Australia Council offers artists considering the issue of estate planning practical guidance on leaving a cultural legacy. Produced collaboratively by Arts Law Centre of Australia and the National Association for the Visual Arts (NAVA), Where There’s A Will: Estate Planning for Artists gives visual artists a range of options for dealing with their artwork during their lifetime and after it. The document includes ‘how to’ information about will making, tailored for artists who may have a body of work they wish to preserve in a certain way. It also offers contact points for additional expert advice and unique scenarios. Where There's A Will: Estate Planning for Artists is available to download as a PDF HERE.
