Draft report on the preparation for the Pan African Cultural Congress
A meeting of experts for the preparation of the Pan African Cultural Congress was held in Nairobi in December 2002. Participants included 30 specialists representing various fields of culture and different regions of the African continent. A Draft Report of the meeting is now accessible on the OCPA website under the resources/documents section (African Cultural Policy Documents - Other Relevant Documents and Publications).
