First national foreign cultural action plan

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Trinidad Jiménez, and the Minister of Culture, Ángeles González-Sinde, are presenting the National External Cultural Action Plan today in the Cervantes Institute. It is the first strategic project to be promoted internationally and jointly by the public administration and the cultural and creative industries in Spain.
