SNCAC now a parastatal

Swaziland National Council of Arts and Culture, 01 April 2011,Swaziland

The Swaziland National Council of Arts and Culture, has now been registered as a Government Parastatal. Therefore from the 1st April 2011 there shall be changes in teh council's administrative operations, as the Council's operations shall now be regulated by the PEU ACT.
