New liaison office in Shanghai
Pro Helvetia is continuing to expand its network of offices abroad ¬– a network that spans the globe without being costly. The Board of Trustees has decided to transform the temporary programme coordination unit in Shanghai into a permanent liaison office, which will be inaugurated this autumn and include a position based in Beijing. The office will be run by manager Sylvia Xu together with two local employees. Pro Helvetia announced the news at a media conference in Berne on 20 April.
