Arts and Cultural Education: the actions behind the words
Arts and cultural education is comprised a multitude of actions ‘on the ground’, that often go unnoticed. Proof that it works. How should this enormous amount of work be communicated, and respect paid to all the operators who put into practice this primordial part of cultural policy?
