Future Forum Event - October 2008

Future Forum is a day of conversation about collaboration and excellence in the arts.

Future Forum will be on Thursday 23 October 2008 will bring together the leading figures from south east regularly funded organisations for a day of conversation about collaboration and excellence in the arts at the Old Courtroom, Brighton. This is the first event of its kind and will be hosted by Polly Toynbee, Chair of Brighton Dome & Festival.

Speakers include Alan Davey, Chief Executive of Arts Council England, Christophe Berthonneau, Creative Director of Groupe F (France), Graham Sheffield, Artistic Director of the Barbican and Kate Adams, Director of Project Art Works.

Followed by an early evening networking event from 5-7pm, Kentake Chinyelu-Hope, Chair of Arts Council England, South East will host the evening where we will be launching the Arts Council Plan for 2008 –11 with drinks, a buffet and entertainment at Brighton and Hove Museum & Art Gallery where copies of the plan will be available.

This event is an excellent opportunity for all leading figures from south east regularly funded organisations to meet together with arts stakeholders, advocates and influencers from across the south east and beyond.

Together we can bring great art to everyone.
