The influence of French culture: a priority
Albanel outlines her cultural policy priorities as: the influence of French culture overseas, international exchange of artists and cultural professionals, cooperation with other countries, particularly in relation to the UNESCO Convention of the Protection and Promotion of Cultural Diversity, and the opportunities brought about by the French Presidency of the European Union in 2008.
