New Residency Programme for Young Aspiring Artists
Singapore's National Arts Council (NAC) has launched a new Artist-in-Residency program. Designed to “engage, empower and inspire young up-and-coming contemporary artists to examine the value of art and its place in society and the economy,†the program has been organised in collaboration with the National Youth Council and *scape Youth Centre. It will focus not just on the creation of artworks, but on the discipline of marketing and selling them. For more information, CLICK HERE
