New Secretary-General for French Culture Ministry
Christine Bihan-Graf has been appointed Secretary-General to France’s Ministry for Culture and Communication, Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres. She will have authority over the management of general administration, the delegation of development and international businesses as well as the senior official in charge of information system.
