Arts Council of N. Ireland surveys its activities
The Arts Council of Northern Ireland has released a report that surveyed client satisfaction. During the end of 2005 and January 2006, the council looked at key areas of its activities and hoped to establish a measurable baseline of client satisfaction. Some of the results included an overestimation of the organisation's ability to clearly communicate objectives with clients, a need for better customer service, and a need for greater information on funding rejections.
