ACE appoints new director
The North East branch of Arts Council England has appointed a new director for arts and development. Alison Clark-Jenkins will take up the position, and hopes to transform the communities living in the area through the use of arts. Clark-Jenkins said: "After working in different parts of the country, it’s fantastic to have such a key role in my home region, which in many ways is a world-leader in the arts, and has the potential to achieve even more." Mark Robinson, Executive Director said: "We are pleased that Alison has joined us from the highly successful Creative Partnerships Tees Valley team, where she's done a fantastic job.
