Finnish ministry creates action program for arts

The Finnish Education Ministry has produced an action program on access to art and culture for the period of 2006 to 2010. The action plan is designed to improve the accessibility of arts and culture overall, with a specific focus on safeguarding the cultural rights of minorities and people with disabilities.
