China/Swiss project renews Tibetan temple
A joint China and Switzerland project has been completed, with the Ramoqe Temple in Tibet being restored. The first cooperation on Tibetan cultural heritage for China and Switzerland, the project began in April this year, with 200 000 Swiss francs being poured into the restoration. The Chinese government plans to put a further 7 million yuan into the temple between 2006 and 2008. For more information, CLICK HERE.
