Cayman National Cultural Foundation announces Cayfest 2005

Cayman National Cultural Foundation (CNCF) is preparing to launch Cayfest, the annual Cayman Islands National Festival of the Arts, with events held to be held throughout Grand Cayman’s various districts. Cayfest is Cayman’s premier cultural showcase, celebrating contemporary and traditional Caymanian culture through the performing, culinary, literary, and visual arts. This year the event runs from 16 - 23 April and highlights will include:

  • Benefit concert in aid of CNCF and Hospice Care
  • Cultural Symposium - “The Artist in Caymanian Society”
  • Lecture featuring Trinidadian Artist Leroy Clarke
