Arts Councils celebrate partnership
An evening of celebration marks a new partnership agreement between Arts Council England and the National Arts Council of Singapore. The celebration will take place at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. Sir Christopher Frayling, Chair of Arts Council England, who is hosting the event, said “We have a commitment to encouraging and fostering international collaborations and this partnership agreement marks the strengthening of artistic links between England and Singapore, links which are already becoming stronger.” Mr Liu Thai Ker, Chair of National Arts Council Singapore, will be in London for the event which is being held during Singapore Season, which sees venues across the capital showcasing arts from Singapore.
