Taiwan NCAF seeks partner for Asian exchange program
The National Culture and Arts Foundation is a non-profit organisation which promotes arts and culture in Taiwan. It currently runs Arts Professional Exchange Programs with the Fulbright Foundation and with the French Ministry of Culture and would like to extend the program in Asia. To do so, NCAF is seeking a cooperative counterpart in Asia.
