NT seeks submissions to tourism plan
The Northern Territory Tourist Commission (NTTC) is seeking submissions towards the development of a new five-year strategic plan for tourism. NTTC has stated that the plan will set directions for local tourism industry development, as well as considering the organisation’s own strengths and areas requiring improvement. Maree Tetlow, NTTC's Managing Director, commented in a news release that it is important for this plan ‘to be based on sound research and developed via an extensive consultation process.’ Written submissions can be sent by normal mail – to Claire George, Strategic Project Team Co-ordinator, Northern Territory Tourist Commission, GPO Box 1155, Darwin NT 0801 – or posted online at: www.nttc.com.au.
