Replacement Director Named for MOT

Japanese Art Scene Monitor has reported that the Director of Tokyo’s Museum of Comtemporary Art (MOT), Kotaro Higuchi, has resigned from his position, after suffering a cerebral infarction in late March. Tokyo Governor Shintaro Ishihara has announced that his replacement will be Seiichiro Ujiie, Chairperson of the board of the major television station, Nippon Television Network Corporation.
